Elizabeth A. Ennis has been a resident of the greater Conejo Valley for 28 years. She is the Chief Financial Officer and co-owner of Ennis Realty & Investment Co., a commercial and investment real estate firm which provides sales and leasing services to owners and buyers. Ennis Realty & Investment Co. was founded in 1979.

Ms. Ennis's career includes 19 years with Rockwell International Corporation in Financial Analysis and Accounting prior to joining Ennis Realty full time in 1994. Assignments included Financial Management of the Microelectronics Technology Center from 1985-1990, where she was responsible for all budgeting, project cost/schedule performance tracking and reporting for government, commercial and discretionary projects, as well as cost center financial reporting. She was responsible for proposal pricing for government projects and for developing proposal pricing methodologies at the Gallium Arsenide Pilot Line and in that capacity interfaced with the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency and the Defense Contract Audit Agency. She was Program Administrator for research and development projects for the Microelectronics Research and Development Center from 1979 to 1985. From 1990-1994 she supervised financial analysis and business management for the Space Shuttle Main Engine. In 1994, Mrs. Ennis began applying her financial and management experience to Ennis Realty.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Redlands in 1981, and has completed major course work toward an MBA degree with Financial Specialty from Pepperdine University and California Lutheran University.

In 1998, Mrs. Ennis received the Real Property Administrator^® (RPA^®) designation.

Mrs. Ennis currently resides in Northern California with her husband, John.
